Auch wenn ich das WGT nicht in voller Länge erleben konnte, so habe ich es mir nicht nehmen lassen die für mich wohl eindrucksvollsten und vielleicht auch schönsten 3 Stunden des Treffens wieder zu erleben. Deswegen gehört mein ganzer Dank all denjenigen, die mit viel Liebe in der Gestaltung ihrer Kleidung (Steampunk, Lolita, Rococco, Barock und Romantick Gotik) zum Flair des Picknicks beigetragen haben. Meine Herausforderung war weniger typische Motive und "Eyecatcher" zu fotografieren, sondern Atmosphäre und kleine unwiederbringliche Augenblicke in Bilder zu transportieren - und so entstanden tolle Gespräche, Perspektiven und neue Kontakte. Wer weiß, vielleicht sehen wir uns nächstes Jahr wieder :)Although I wasn’t able to take part in the Wave-and-Gothic-Festival all the time I didn’t miss the chance to experience the most impressive and probably the most beautiful 3 hours of the festival. That’s why I would like to thank all who accounted for the breathtaking flair of the picnic with all the love they put in the design and creation of their clothes. (Steampunk, Lolita, Rococo, Baroque and Romantic Gothic) It was especially challenging for me to catch the atmosphere and the little unforgettable moments and put them in pictures rather than to focus on the typical eye-catching motives. This way I hand wonderful talks, looked from different perspectives and could make new contacts. Who knows? Perhaps we’ll meet next year again…?

Schöne Bilder von einer Welt, die mir wohl ewig verschlossen bleiben wird. Aber schon beeindruckend, mit welcher Liebe zum Detail da sich einige schmücken.

A very cool society with an amazing sense of detail to there clothing, seems like a lot of fun to walk around in a crowed like this with a camera.

Looking at these pictures I realize the work done since the last Victorian picnic a year ago. Each of these photos is interesting. We feel a great relationship between you and them. And technically, I’m really impressed. Especially the work on the colors.

eigentlich sollte man die ganze welt am besten nur durch deine bilder betrachten, sie sind viel schöner als die realität.

Heute habe ich mir an einem sehr großen Bildschirm nochmals das Vergnügen deiner Bilder geönnt. So schön, ich bin mir sicher nächstes Jahr sind wir mit dabei.
Ich war auch mal beim google + account ;-) *neidischguggt* na hoffentlich entgeht mir da nichts wenn ich nur auf FB schauen kann. Ganz liebe Grüße aus der viel zu warmen Mainmetropole
