Love the light and detail in this one, a creepy yet cozy place you have found here. And the dog is a nice touch.. Yours??

Wow, what a amazing hall! And what an awesome text on the door. It’s like a hooker waits for her “breakfast”. Really nice lightning:)
I see that the pics you’ve made are really yours! You’ve got your style and way of making photos with gadgets I’ve never heared of.
P.s. I still need to buy myself a nice lensbabe:D.

Great image and processing, the overexposed light from above, lighting up the rest of the room… excellent. And I agree the dog is that ectra nice touch :)

Excellent shot of decay!! The light makes a lot of difference in this shot.
Being great fan of this type of photography this is one we have enjoyed watching. Lots of details, the light, shadow and colors are in great harmony – very nice work!

Lots of nice detail in this cavernous scene. It is a little wierd to see the evidence of activity, i.e. the grafitti, in this abandoned place. Certainly is fodder for the imagination.

  11. antworten 06.04.09 @ 15:11

Mike: I’m not always happy with the graffiti – they are everywhere and thats not really art i think. The imagination about a place without graffiti is enticing.

Great place for a great treatment. More than the composition, I like the HDR treatment.

sweet place you found here. Wish I had one just like that around my area. But no industrial site to be found so far. That light fallout gives an eerie atmosphere to it.

Spectacular wide angle view and the processing is brilliant. Excellent capture of the fascinating old structure. Amazing details and graffiti. A stunning capture.

Hi Nicki! Thanks for visiting my blog. What lens do you use? That last pic was taken with me Canon 50mm…I love it a little :)

  26. antworten 09.04.09 @ 16:06

BRIONY: On this picture i used the Tamron 17-50 F2/8. I think it works great like the Canon 50 mm F1/8 but you’re more flexible. And: it’s cheaper then the Canon 17-40 L and produce also great captures. Check out this lens … will be a worth.

Love all the detail in this and the light coming through the skylight. The inclusion of Mila is a priceless addition to this awesome scene. Her presence is a magic discovery as the eye explores this otherwise lifeless space.
